Working across both the public and private sector, Ingleton Wood deliver functional, high quality building solutions where the work is tailored to meet our clients’ individual needs and aspirations.

With offices in London, Colchester, Cambridge, Norwich, Billericay and Hertford, we cover the entire Eastern region and beyond, delivering projects in a number of sectors including education, health, leisure and retail, as well as commercial and residential.

Our commissions range from large-scale new build and refurbishment projects through to smaller value design and survey work.

The delivery of a diverse range of services in the education sector including a 2 form entry expansion programme for the Gilberd School, Colchester and an award-winning development on the main campus of City College Norwich;

  • A new football ground for Chelmsford City Football Club and a new training ground for Colchester United;
  • A new fire station for Cambridgeshire Fire Service in Burwell and a masterplan for the centralisation of Essex Fire Authority’s support services;
  • Works to Harwich Haven Port Authority’s Rada Tower;
  • Multi-storey car-parks for Norwich City Council, Milton Keynes Hospital and Coventry University Hospital.
  • Student accommodation at Homerton College, Cambridge and the refurbishment of halls of residence at the University of Bedfordshire.

Our team works closely with our architectural and building services engineering disciplines to ensure truly integrated energy strategies and advise on renewable technologies that deliver best value.
